Peter Hook’s new project
(alongside new partner, David Potts) got off to an amzing start. Their debut
single has sold 87,000 copies and still counting, it charted at #11 and remained
in the chart 4 weeks ! This new single is taken from their forthcoming album,
"Music For Pleasure" (rel : 9 June). Monaco will be out on tour as special
guests of The Charlatans – April 29 Newcastle Mayfair ; May 1 Liverpool Royal
Court ; May 2 Gloucester Leisure Centre ; May 3 Leicester De Montford Hall ; May
5 Portsmouth Guildhall ; May 6 Exeter University ; May 7 Reading Rivermead ; May
9 and 10 Manchester Apollo ; May 14 Doncaster Dome ; May 16 and 17 Brixton
Academy.
They follow this with their own
headline tour – May 26 Manchester University ; June 12 Newcastle Riversite ; May
13 Liverpool L2 ; June 14 Wolverhampton Wulfrun ; June 17 Portsmouth Pyramid ;
June 19 Bristol University ; June 20 London Astoria ; June 21 Sheffield Leadmill.
They also appear at the Brighton
