Peter Hook creates more celestial moments with just a few notes from his six-string than most manage in a lifetime. Joy Division and Revenge may be gone, but the heavenly Hook returns with his fabulous new band, Monaco. Monaco feature David Potts, who began working in Hook's Suite Sixteen recording studio as a tape operator at the end of the Eighties during the Revenge album sessions, and was drafted into the live band. after 4 years of writing and recording, Monaco emerged in 1997.
